I have not submitted my original certificate of employees pension scheme,1995.
If I send it to PF office,and since Iam aged 53 and not employed any where,will I be eligible for receiving monthly pension? If yes How much?please clearify.

MY FATHER PASSED AWAY AND HE WAS IN AN ORGANISATION FOR 17 YEARS AND NOW PROVIDENT FUND OF INDIA HAS SEND ME A CHEQUE AND TOLD THAT “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SETTLED ” WHAT DO IT MEAN AND ARE THEY GOING TO PAY ME ANYTHING OR WHAT

what happen if anyone employer deducted the esi epf amount from the salary and no deposition on time and what the action will be taken

S, it is mandatory to contribute PF on the whole amount of 8500/-, But the employer can contribute for that 6500/- alone….
