If the monthly wage is Rs 6000/-, what should be the wage per day for salary payment and for EPFS and ESIC calculation? Is it Rs 6000/total no of days in a month or Rs 6000/no of working days in a month?

Hi,
My name is Afi, my employer refuse to give me any detail of my PF to claim. However, I've claimed against my employer in october,2010 for withdrawal. my employer said they have subitted withdrawal form to PF office and I don't receive any neither no information till now.
Again, I asked claimed receipt no# and PF a/c no# to check status, still they refuse to give any. So, how can I get any legal help ?
